There are 2 common systems used on these sleds, the difference being the 3-wire stator source coil connector has 2 MALE or 2 FEMALE terminals. The wire colors in this connector are Black/Red, White/Red, and Black/White. Inspect your stator connector to be sure which model you have. System 1: If your stator 3-wire connector has 2-FEMALE and 1-MALE terminals: Stator Part Number RM01352 and CDI Box Part Number RM02099.
System 2, Option B: If your stator 3-wire connector has 1-FEMALE and 2-MALE terminals and your CDI Box has 1 rubber connector: Stator Part Number RM01300 and CDI Box Part Number RM02177. Battery condition is extremely important.No stator can work correctly with a bad or weak battery. Always fully charge your battery before performing any charging system tests or replacing parts. Check the AC output of the stator. Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier. Check and repair any melted wiring.
