Arctic Cat 800/900 Twin Peak Performance Billet Cylinder Head Mt Cat 2003-2006
Arctic Cat 800 Twin Peak Performance Billet Cylinder Head. We last made these heads in 2005 so the supply is limited to what we have in stock. This is what we found and is all we have left. They were designed primarily for improved throttle response and mid-range power that's needed for mountain deep snow riding.

Quicker response on the trail is a bonus too. They worked really good at the time and usually did not require re-jetting but remember, YOU are responsible for verify jetting by checking plug color after any engine modification. NOTE: Any of these inserts can be easily re-cut to open up the chambers for lower altitude. 35.1cc for high altitudes 8000 ft and up.

At seal level these inserts have. Total squish clearance 1.7mm. 36.3cc for mid altitudes 5000 ft and up. NOTE: The cranking pressure for a stock 900 with the stock head at 6000 feet was 125 psi.

Specify which inserts you would like and which color head when ordering. For head shells, all we have left are 2 redwith the splash look, and 1 gold. Oneof the red with splash has some speckles on one end, you can see them in one ofthe photos. The gold head has two 3/8 NPT holes in the back instead of two 1/2NPT.

You might have to tap it 1/2 NPT if that's what your sensor is. I found some 800 inserts for this head and what I have are the inserts we used to bump up for low altitude. The stock head is 38.5cc and these are 37cc. They were designed to work at sea level and up on premium gas as long as you keep in mind that 20 years ago when these were designed we had real gas, not gas blended with ethenal.

You are responsible for setting up your motor jetting and checkingplugs etc. Twenty years ago these bolted on with no jetting changes. These were designed to improve bottom and mid range, not top end. For the 800 we have (2) sets of 800 37cc inserts. (3) sets of 800 34cc inserts (6000 ft and up).
