JT products has a new item for this coming season. This is the economy 4th wheel kit for the 20 19 and newer, arctic cat and Yamaha snowmobiles that came with three rear wheels. Customer has been complaining over the last several years about the plastic bushings, causing different issues. The first issue is as the plastic spacers crush when you tighten the axl e. Some models when you think it feels tight it's just because you bo ttomed out the bolt against the axle end.

Leaving everything between the rails. With our aluminum spacers with the correct dimensions , when you tighten the axle the bolts clamping everything together tight!

Second issue is with the slot in the plastic bushing that is supposed to guide the adjuster bo lt in place. T he bolt can work itself underneath the axle, twisting the adjuster bolt mount and snapping it off because of the pot metal material they're made from.
